YOUR OWN FINANCIAL GAME PLAN
So much is written today about financial planning and retirement planning, yet it is all so confusing. The more I read, the muddier the water gets. No one can tell you exactly how to invest your money for maximum return-stocks, bonds, cash, mutual funds. All the financial gurus can do is look at probabilities. But will history repeat itself, or is this time really different? No one can tell you precisely how much money you will need for financial security and no one can tell you how long you will live. There are no cookie-cutter, one-size-fits all solutions and no one can predict the future, your future, with any certainty at all. But we must all make assumptions and operate with uncertainty. I will attempt to delineate what I think we do know, and where the options and decisions arise.
